• Why won’t my payment go through?

Please email registrar@tabbgroup.com if you cannot process your payment. Payments can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, company check (USD checks must be drawn on a US bank), or by wire transfer. If paying by check or wire transfer, payment must be received prior to the event date.

  • How do I get a refund?

All cancellations must be in writing to traininginfo@tabbgroup.com. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than seven (7) business days prior to an event. Substitutions are permitted at any time.

  • Do you serve lunch?

Yes. We serve breakfast, lunch and two coffee breaks which are included in the registration fee.

  • When will I receive my CPE Certificate?

Every attendee will receive a CPE certificate via email within one week of completing the course. If you do not receive your certificate on time, please email traininginfo@tabbgroup.com.
