Charlotte is a broadly accomplished financial services executive with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in delivering innovative and cost-effective operations and technology training solutions for equities, derivatives and fixed income product lines.  Her successful career as a senior-level manager in Operations at Credit Suisse, Paine Webber and Bankers Trust furnishes the industry expertise that have made her a recognized subject matter expert in middle- and back-office operations for financial services firms.

The power of Charlotte’s Industry experience combined with her proficiency as an instructor and curriculum developer enables the design and facilitation of programs for the entire investment value chain, from wealth managers and broker/dealers, to custodians, and regulators.   Participants consistently praise the high-energy engagement in her classes, as well as the interactive exercises and practical case studies in her classes. Her skill as a trainer ensures that the client’s learning objectives are consistently met and measurable.  Programs cover a wide range of topics from the Life Cycle of a Trade for all products, through Clearance and Settlement.    Program delivery includes both ILT (Instructor Led Training) and VILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training) formats using a variety of media.

A resident of New York City, Charlotte is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and the recipient of a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ. She is a frequent attendee at Industry conferences sponsored by the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), the Investment Company Institute (ICI), the Asset Management Group (AMG), the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), and the Futures Industry Association (FIA).
