Looks like you're doing some pre-calc here...  The way to handle these is in the equation for g(x), replace x with each of the values given.  g(5) would be this: [tex] \frac{5-3}{5+4} [/tex] which is 2/9. Do that for all the number values.  When you get to the last one, that's done the same way except you won't get a number answer like you did in the others.  Instead of replacing x in g(x) with a number value, you're replacing it with (x+h): [tex]g(x+h)= \frac{(x+h)-3}{(x+h)+4} [/tex].  That's all you can do with that one.  You don't have to leave the parenthesis in there; I just did so you can see the (x+h) they asked you to sub in.
