I do believe that the First one is D due to the fact that it is an appositive and I think it should be separated by a coma


The second one is A or B

number one is C, "my cousin invited me to visit her this summer" is its own sentence. the ; adds extra information to the sentence itself.

number two is B, the : entails to the list that is coming next in the text.
