The correct answer is Joseph Binder. He was an Austrian designer whose work was influenced by Cubism and De Stijl in his posters. He emigrated to the United States and won many poster competitions, organized by the Museum of Modern Art MOMA. He also worked for the National Defense, the United Nations, and the American Red Cross.  Binder later became art director for the U.S. Navy Department.
