For every prescription drug you obviously need a prescription from your doctor who is advising you to use that medicine to treat a disease. Otherwise, that medicine is used for drugs or reselling, which is illegal. If you use your medicine with a prescription, or if you don't resell it, or if you use it to treat an illness, that is perfectly fine and legal.
