We have similar triangles so

[tex]\dfrac{4'6"}{18"} = \dfrac{x}{11'9"}[/tex]

[tex] x= \dfrac{ (12(11)+9 )(12(4)+6) }{18 } = 423 \textrm{ inches}[/tex]

Answer: 35' 3"
