In this unit, you have learned how forces affect an object's velocity and acceleration. If you were to design an experiment on how the angle of a ramp affects the velocity and acceleration of a car, what would you do? Follow the steps of the scientific method and explain each step of your experiment below.Question: What do you want to find out?
Hypothesis: What do you think will happen?
Materials: List the materials you will need to do the experiment
Procedure: What steps you need to take to complete the experiment?
Observe and Record: How will you measure and record data in your experiment?

Answer:

I want to know how steep the ramp of a car has to be in order for it to go fast. If the ramp is as steep as a hill, then the car will go faster. You need a toy car, a ruler, and a block, for this experiment. First, we place the block under the ruler but making it less steep, seeing how fast the car can move. As each time we do it we will move the block closer making a steep ramp and record all data. I will measure it by making a chart which will include distance of the ruler and the speed per try.

I hope my example helps, have a good day!!
