well it depends on da type of drugs they put in ur body and if ur susceptible to get a virus/disease then dat means ur doctor's not supposed to give u dat type of medicine or else u could possibly die from it but it's less likely to hurt ur body if ur given a llegal drug. I hope dis helps :3
