Write a summary of what you have learned in "Introducing the Microscope". Be sure to include steps on how to focus, how to solve for magnification, and what a field of view is, and how to measure it.

Do not copy and paste from similar posted questions to this. I checked on brainly already, and they are all wrong answers and/or do not meet the requirements listed above.

In "Introducing the Microscope" we are introduced to the microscope itself and the ways to use it correctly, to be able to visualize well elements that are submitted to this device.

The microscope's field of view is what you can see through the lens and this field is measured by the magnifying power that each lens can promote. This magnifying power is indicated on each lens, which can be 10x, 40x, 100x and so on, depending on the microscope you are using.

Once you understand this, you can now use the microscope. For that, it will be necessary that you lower part of the microscope called "platinum" and insert the slide with the sample that you will visualize in it. It is important to secure the blade well and leave it well centered. After that, it is necessary to turn on the light of the device and adjust it well using the instrument called "diaphragm". At this point, you should place your eyes on the part called "eyepiece" and you will have access to the field of view. you’ll select the lowest resolution lens to be able to find your sample in the field of view. Once you have managed to find your sample, you will zoom in and out using the instrument called a "coarse screw" which you will move slowly until your sample is completely focused and you can view it well. If you change the lens, you will need to focus the sample again.
