Johnny is an inventor, and has recently invented a valuable new microchip . He has a few drinks to celebrate, and while intoxicated , but still capable of comprehending the consequences of his actions, he enters into a contract to sell bis invention to a computer company . Johnny later regrets the contract and seeks to disaffirm it.
