not sure on this one...it's a bit oddly worded and also angles in option B. is misspelled so I'm not sure if that's a trick or simple typo.

my instinctual answer is D. since you don't really have to know anything about calculating volume to form a tessellation and certainly not when the shapes are equal in all angles such as this one in a 6/6/6 hexagon regular tessellation.
