Answer:

Jefferson was a fan of a passive government while Hamilton wanted more of an active government. I agree with Jefferson more than Hamilton because I believe the people are capable of self governing . in conclusion Jefferson feared tyranny while Hamilton feared anarchy but personally I fear a tyrant more than my neighbor.
