Does this make sense grammatically?

80% of the GDP has been providing oil and other natural gases. Export revenues go up to 95% percent of the economy and on top of that 99% is the Governments revenues. With oil production just a fifth of potential, revenues had fallen, pushing economic and current account shortages to go up. Since the dinar is losing value, the inflation has been increasing and causing incomes to fall.

No it should read 80% of the GDP HAVE been providing. You should also use a comma before and in the first sentence. And then the sentence about the dinar should read....since the dinar is losing value, the inflation is increasing and causing incomes to fall.
