I'm always tired and wanna sleep, ill come home from school and fall asleep and then be awake for like 2 hours and go back to bed around 10-12 and still be tired (wake up at 7:20am) and it's been like that for like 4 days and I'm still tired. Maybe because been feeling a little down?

I think it's because the person hasn't been getting sleep and doesn't know how to stay asleep and just wide wake and stays up. So their health isn't going to get better because  of their sleeping problem.
