How can this statement be applied to the lives of both Gandhi and Marshall?
Does it apply to any other characters from stories in the module? Explain.

Respuesta :

‘No American did more to lead our country out of the wilderness of segregation.’ Why is segregation considered wilderness? I would say that segeration is consider wilderness because the definition of segeration states that it is the action of being seperate to different races. and in the wilderness animals are against each and separate and live alone and in racial issues such as segregation people are against each other. Could you say that all injustice is a wilderness? I think you could because as the question before it is separation for people/things and with injustices there are the innocent and the guilty and usually the judge/lawyers are against you until you are proven innocent.
What does this statement mean
“You must be the change you wish to see in this world.”
it means that it only takes one person to cause a chain reaction to change the way the world is. it means if you don't like what you see you have to change it for yourself.
How can this statement be applied to the lives of both Gandhi and Marshall? it can be applied to both their lives by first Marshall he is talking about racial issues. He has to be the one to get people to see things differently. He has to get the word out to others and educate the people on the situation. as for Gandhi he was teaching peace he was the one that was trying to get peace he was making a change in others and educating them.
Does it apply to any other characters from stories in the module? Explain. for this one you have to do it yourself.
