draw a diagram for there are 8 pencils in a package. How many packages will be needed for 28 children if each child gets 4 pencils?

28 x 4 = 112

112 divided by 8 = 14

You need 14 packages of pencils.
There will be 7 packages needed, how I got this is if you skip count by 4's till you get to 28, its basically like dividing.
