if the are three pairs of homologous chromosomes before mitosis, then how many homologous pairs are three in the two daughter cells following mitosis

Respuesta :

I'm assuming that you mean 'there'. Each daughter cell will have 3 pairs because the number of chromosomes and everything else will be identical to the first cell.
There will be 3, because after the process of mitosis, the two daughter cells will be identical to the cell before.
