Individuals with dissociative disorders have problems and breakdown in emotion, behavior, memory, and identity which the patient with this disorder use dissociation to be detached from experiences. The type of Dissociative disorder are the following; Dissociative identity disorder, Dissociative amnesia, and Depersonalization disorder. These disorders are caused by psychological trauma that make them detached from reality. In order to control the symptoms of Dissociative disorder, the patient is being prescribed with anti-depressant medicines.
