Tim is suffering from narrow perspective. A narrow perspective in marketing is similar to a niche market where there are different methods that include advantages and disadvantages. Customer’s will often always chose products that are the most relevant to their needs and desires. Tim is so set in his ways that he just sticks to his needs and desires without being able to relate to an outsider.
