(a) There is a 1/6 probability that you will roll a 4 since there are six sides and 4 is one of them.

(b) There is a 100/1 probability that you either roll a 4 or not roll a four because that means you can roll any number.

(c) The probability of you not rolling a four is 5/6 since there are 5 numbers out of the 6 that is not a four.
