It is always tricky speculating what a person knows or doesn't know. That issue aside, the first 3 statements appear to be applicable.
• scale factors can be fractions
• dilations are proportional and relationships are multiplicative
• the applicable ratios are 5/3, 10/6, 12.5/7.5

With regard to the other two statements ...
• it doesn't matter which is the pre-image and which is the image. Dilated geometries are proportional regardless.
• There are a number of ways to determine corresponding sides. For a triangle, the sides can be ordered smallest to largest, for example. It is not necessary to label points (though it can be helpful).
